VinaPhone network has a problem with local signal loss in Hanoi

Around 4:00 p.m. on February 3, many mobile users of VinaPhone network operator in Hanoi constantly encountering the situation that the phone loses signal and has no signal.

Reflecting to VietNamNet, Mr. Pham Hai (Dong Da, Hanoi) said that his VinaPhone subscriber had signal problems from about 16:00 pm.

“My wife’s VinaPhone number also has no signal, while the SIMs of other carriers are still working normally,” Pham Hai shared.

According to Mr. Pham Hai, at about 16:20, his phone signal returned, but after about 10 minutes, it continued to lose signal.

Having the same problem is Ms. Minh Ngoc (Thanh Xuan, Hanoi). Reflecting to VietNamNet, Ms. Minh Ngoc said that her VinaPhone SIM lost signal, the device could not make calls, or access the Internet.

The phone loses signal, has signal but cannot make voice calls, which is a situation that many subscribers of VinaPhone network in Hanoi area are facing.

As noted by VietNamNet, when trying to call another subscriber using VinaPhone’s phone number, the returned information said that the phone “cannot connect”. Not only that, VinaPhone subscribers are currently unable to text each other or send messages to subscribers of other carriers.

Talking to VietNamNet, a representative of VinaPhone said that this afternoon, the VinaPhone network had a local problem for a short time and promptly handled this problem. “Although the problem occurred in a short time and was fixed immediately, it also affected customers. We apologize to all customers affected by this incident,’ VinaPhone representative said.
