The NDXP platform is managed and operated by the Ministry of Information and Communications, playing a central role in connecting and sharing data between state agencies. The system of data sharing and integration platforms is gradually being formed on a national scale according to the Vietnam E-Government Architecture Framework, including the data sharing and integration platform of each ministry and province (LGSP). ) and these platforms are interconnected through the NDXP platform.

According to data from the National Digital Transformation Department under the Ministry of Information and Communications, by the end of 2020, all 22/22 ministries, sectors and 63/63 localities have LGSP platforms and are connected to an integration and data sharing platform. national data, reaching a rate of 100%. The NDXP platform has connected to the system of 90 agencies and units. In which, there are 85 LGSPs of ministries, branches and localities; 9 databases and 12 information systems ranging from central to local.

The latest data from the National Digital Transformation Department shows that, as of December 20, 2022, the total number of transactions made through the NDXP platform in December 2022 has reached over 120.4 million transactions 120,425. 201 transactions. In the next period, the new effective way mentioned above will continue to be implemented by the Ministry of Information and Communications. In the field of digital transformation and digital government, a key task this year of the Ministry of Information and Communications is to develop the NDXP platform to effectively connect and share data between state agencies, fully exploiting National database as well as complying with Vietnam E-Government Architecture Framework.
