According to the schedule of the 20th Session, the Standing Committee Congress will conduct the review of the 2nd and 3rd Extraordinary Meetings, the XV National Assembly; giving opinions on a number of major issues with different opinions of the draft Law on Civil Defense, Law on Protection of Consumer Rights (amended), Law on Electronic Transactions (amended).
In addition, the National Assembly Standing Committee will also consider the draft Resolution on the tasks, powers, structure and organization of the Secretariat; give comments on the draft Decree on protection of personal data;
Consider and comment on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on emulation and commendation for National Assembly deputies, agencies of the National Assembly, agencies of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the National Assembly Standing Committee. cadres and civil servants under the management of the National Assembly Standing Committee; consider the assignment of lists and capital levels for tasks and projects under the Socio-Economic Development and Recovery Program (phase 2).
Also at this session, the National Assembly Standing Committee is expected to consider and approve the draft Ordinance on Sanctions of Administrative Violations in the field of state audit; approved the draft Resolution guiding the implementation of the National Assembly’s Regulations;
Approving the proposal of the Prime Minister on the appointment and dismissal of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
To decide on the establishment of a number of district and commune administrative units of the provinces of An Giang, Bac Ninh, Bac Kan, Ben Tre, Binh Duong, Dak Lak, Quang Nam, Thai Nguyen, Tra Vinh and Vinh Phuc.
In addition, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider the National Assembly’s volunteer work reports in December 2022 and January 2023.
As scheduled, the 20th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will take place in 3 days from February 13 to 15, 2023. National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and Vice Presidents of the National Assembly will alternately manage the working contents.
