Regarding the lack of earth filling materials on the Vinh Hao – Phan Thiet expressway, Minister Nguyen Van Thang asked the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan province to make a written request to the Government to consider and allow the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan province to carry out Expired 6 licenses for mining earth embankment to serve the construction of Vinh Hao – Phan Thiet expressway project, instead of being re-issued as prescribed in Resolution 31 of the Government.
