During the last Lunar New Year holiday, the highest voice traffic recorded by Viettel’s system was on the 27th of Tet, an increase of 16% compared to weekdays, but 16% lower than the same period of the previous year. .

Before the holiday, network operators have deployed emergency response and implemented many technical solutions to enhance service quality.

According to Viettel’s records, 3G and 4G data traffic on the 30th day of Tet this year increased by 32% compared to 2022 and peaked on the 1st of Tet.

The quality of telecommunications services at New Year’s Eve fireworks locations is better than previous holidays. In which, the average voice rate reached 99.71%. Viettel said that this carrier does not have network congestion (voice and data) at fireworks and festival events.

MobiFone network operator also said that the congestion of voice, text messages or 4G services did not occur with MobiFone network nationwide.
