Apple is now making Wi-Fi 6E available to the 11- and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models introduced last year, along with the new 14-inch and 16-inch Mac Mini and MacBook Pro models.
Apple is not equipped with Wi-Fi 6E for the iPhone 14 series, but it seems that the company is ready to bring this technology to the new iPhone version in 2023.
