If you want the curry broth to be a bit thick, you can dilute 2 tablespoons of tapioca starch with 100ml of filtered water and put it in the pot, stir until the desired consistency is achieved, then turn off the stove. When the beef curry is just cooked, scoop it out into a bowl and enjoy it hot.
