To ensure adequate information to investors, HoSE reminds businesses a second time and requests Hoa Binh to promptly disclose information in accordance with regulations.
Earlier on January 19, Hoa Binh sent an official dispatch to the State Securities Commission and HoSE to ask for a delay in submitting the financial statements of the fourth quarter of 2022.

Up to now, most of the companies listed in the first reminder list have submitted their financial statements in full, except for 3 companies: Hoa Binh Construction, Vietnam Electricity Construction and Apax Holdings, causing HoSE to continue to send the second dispatch..
