However, with the development of M Village – an accommodation service model – this adventure is gradually becoming clearer. Recently, the former CEO of The Coffee House teased about two hotels that M Village will soon open to welcome guests.

Two hotels at 74 Hai Ba Trung and 24 Le Thanh Ton are both expensive buildings in District 1, HCMC. That’s a line luxury hotel new name Signature of M Village . So far, M Village has focused exclusively on the development of the serviced apartment model in the middle class segment. Instead of high-rise hotel buildings, this model aims for natural spaces with lots of trees and a better connection through shared living spaces. The plots selected are all relatively large houses in alleys/alleyways, quiet squares, villas with large gardens… in Districts 1, 2, 3, 7, Binh Thanh and Binh Thanh. The Phu Nhuan area borders with District 1.

M Village was officially launched from May 2021. Entering the market at the peak of the epidemic, M Village has shown that the model is suitable for young people when the rental capacity of the facilities is always above 90%.
