So far, M Village has focused exclusively on the development of the serviced apartment model in the middle class segment. Instead of high-rise hotel buildings, this model aims for natural spaces with lots of trees and a better connection through shared living spaces. The plots selected are all relatively large houses in alleys/alleyways, quiet squares, villas with large gardens… in Districts 1, 2, 3, 7, Binh Thanh and Binh Thanh. The Phu Nhuan area borders with District 1.
M Village was officially launched from May 2021. Entering the market at the peak of the epidemic, M Village has shown that the model is suitable for young people when the rental capacity of the facilities is always above 90%.
In particular, M Village experienced rapid expansion in 2022 with the opening of 16 new stores, bringing the total number of stores to 18 by the end of the year. Also in 2022, M Village successfully raised capital $1.7 million.
