The data analysis team has 3 main tasks, including monitoring, analyzing, evaluating, and selecting data at the Provincial Digital Transformation Center in real time, and proposing solutions to serve the task. management, local socio-economic development.
The group also has the task of advising and proposing criteria, targets and types of data according to necessary fields and sectors, serving the direction, administration, and socio-economic development of the provincial Party Committee leaders. Provincial People’s Committee; and monthly, quarterly and annually report to the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People’s Committee on the situation, results of analysis and evaluation of data at the Provincial Digital Transformation Center.

In particular, to enrich citizen data and provide new services, since the middle of last year, Da Nang has developed My Portal . – My Portal, allowing each city dweller to have a unique QR code and a digital data store. Citizens can reuse their information and data as well as all digital services and utilities, and at the same time interact with the government two-way.
According to experts, in the development of digital government, the government can use digital data to know the mood and desires of the people and society, thereby improving the service quality and effectiveness of services. online public service. Digital data is also used to serve the management, administration and decision-making of leaders at all levels, making forecasts for the development of strategic cyber policies of the country. In addition, digital data is open to the society to leverage socio-economic development, properly performing the function of a tectonic government.
However, on a national scale, the development, sharing and exploitation of digital data in many localities is still limited. According to the assessment of the representative of the National Digital Transformation Department, the Ministry of Information and Communications, most localities still face difficulties related to connection and data sharing locally and connecting and sharing data between localities. with central ministries and branches.
In his speech at the 4th session of the National Committee on Digital Transformation on December 25, 2022, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the Committee stated: “The year 2023 is the year of creating and exploiting data to create new values, with the main task of digitizing, building, connecting and sharing data among ministries, sectors and localities; is the protection of personal data; exploiting and using data to better serve people and businesses, building an independent and self-reliant socialist-oriented market economy associated with active and proactive international integration far-reaching, substantive and effective”.
The Prime Minister also requested to accelerate the construction, updating, interconnection, connection and sharing of digital platforms and databases that are synchronous, substantive, effective, focused and focused. Ministries, sectors and localities need to closely coordinate and focus on the task of integrating, sharing and connecting data.
