On February 10, VIX Securities announced the resignation of senior personnel. Accordingly, this enterprise said, after receiving the resignation letter of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet, the Board of Directors of VIX Securities met and approved. Thus, from February 10, 2023, Ms. Tuyet will no longer be the Chairman of the Board of Directors of this Company.

Previously, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet was elected as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors from November 2, 2022, for the remaining period of the term 2021-2026. The reason in the resignation letter that Ms. Tuyet gave was for personal reasons. .

Currently, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet holds 21.4 million shares, equivalent to 3.67% capital of VIX Securities.

At the same time, Ms. Ngo Thi Hong Duyen – Member of the Supervisory Board also submitted a resignation letter and will be submitted to the company’s 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for consideration.

Currently, the Board of Directors of the Company has 5 people. They are: Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Ha, Ms. Cao Thi Hong, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Dung. In which, the person assigned to be in charge of the Board of Directors of VIX Securities during this time is Mr. Nguyen Tuan Dung.

Ms. Tuyet’s resignation as a member of the Board of Directors and Ms. Ngo Thi Hong Duyen’s status as a member of the Supervisory Board will be considered at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023.
