Parking space on Nguyen Chi Thanh street has an area of ​​298m² with a starting price of 600 million dong / 5 years and the winner of the auction is 1.5 billion dong / 5 years.

The parking space in front of the stairs going down to Da Lat market has an area of ​​​​400m2 of parking space for 5 years with a starting price of 1.14 billion VND and the winner for 5.5 billion VND / 5 years.

Meanwhile, the parking space in front of the exhibition area after the Peace has an area of ​​309m² and the auction winner is 6.85 billion VND / 5 years (starting price is 594 million VND).
